Instructions

  • Folks who trained with Lifespan Doulas should choose the appropriate application (Birth, Postpartum, or End-of-Life Doula) below.
  • Complete the application and submit it.
  • Birth & Postpartum Doulas: If you trained through another organization OR with Patty Brennan prior to May 2021, you will need to pay the $125 Cross Certification fee and follow the Cross Certification process.
  • End-of-Life Doulas: If you trained through another organization or with Lifespan Doulas prior to March 2020, you will need to pay the $125 Cross Certification fee and follow the Cross Certification process.
  • We will review your application and follow up within two weeks.
  • PLEASE NOTE that using the wrong application or failure to accurately complete the application will delay the review process.
