HOW TO REGISTER FOR A TRAINING OR TRAINING PACKAGE
How do Payment Plans work?
Payment plans are offered for most trainings. A deposit is required, followed by monthly payments. The payments will automatically re-charge to the same credit card monthly until paid in full. Provided your payments are up to date, you will be able to complete the training and certification process. However, we will hold back proof of certification until your balance is paid in full. Additionally, we may remove access to training materials for missed payments (especially when there is lack of communication regarding the reason). Please read all the Q&A regarding Payment Plans below before choosing the payment plan option.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Self-Paced Learning Programs
All doula trainings have self-paced components to which you will be given access. You will have one week from the date of purchase to request a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee, provided that you have not accessed more than 5% of the program material. After one week OR if you have accessed more than 5% of the self-paced program material, there are no refunds.
Live Online Workshops
Up to 30 days prior to a workshop, you may request to roll your registration forward to a future date without penalty.
Once we are within 30 days of a workshop start date, you may request to roll your registration forward one time without penalty.
If more than one request for a date change within 30 days of a workshop is made, a $75 fee will be charged to save your spot in a future workshop.
If you invest in a training bundle and cancel your registration before completing the training package, you will be charged for the individual components you did complete or receive access to—per above policies—plus a $75 cancellation fee.
